We install an internal or external PC component, such as a graphics card, hard drive, optical drive, MP3 player, printer or scanner.
We install any included software that is necessary for functionality on one computer.
We configure the PC component for applicable use.

PC BASIC COMPUTER ORIENTATION - 1 HOUR
(IN-HOME INSTRUCTION)

We give you an hour of training on your PC and related topics (e.g. software, basic PC skills, digital photo, digital video, digital music, etc.)

We teach you how to navigate in Mac OSX or Windows XP, Vista, or 7.

We review of functionality like manipulating Windows, connecting devices and common keyboard shortcuts

We provide an introduction to web browser basics.

We provide an overview of any suite software included with the OS.

We provide a brief tutorial on how to use your MP3 player, burn your own CDs and copy (rip) your CD, and Organize your new music library.

NOTE: Training Services EXCLUDES teaching how to remove viruses or spyware.
